We are currently seeking a dynamic Associate Product Manager to join our growing team! This is an onsite position in our Bucks County, PA headquarters. This position is responsible for the internal processes that drive product launches, updates, and expirations while serving as support on product availability. As Associate Product Manager, you will play a vital role in developing new general merchandise product to meet the needs across multiple channels, while maintaining a customer-centric focus and supporting our mission.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyze business trends and provide insights product, category, and competitive insights
• Work cross functionally with internal stakeholders including marketing, purchasing / supply chain, production, operations, finance, & information technology
• Work with pricing and sales to set target contribution margins and price strategy
• Manages new product set up and collaborates with internal partners.
• Inputs critical information for master data in systems during SKU creation and launch process.
• Supports ongoing portfolio management, price changes, and SKU rationalization.
• In partnership with the Purchasing department – evaluates outside vendors, negotiate prices, product and components, terms, and minimums to meet profitability goals.
• Collaborates with the forecasting and planning team; gathering input and data to create product forecasts and business plans that drive growth.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or another relevant field and at least 2 years related experience in product / brand management or similar experience in a CPG business. Must have proven analytical skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
