Your opportunity
We are currently looking for Provider Roster Data Analyst. This role will require experience with healthcare provider data systems to effectively manage and update provider information. The Specialist will work closely with other teams within the ACO, including sales, network, operations, analytics, and finance to ensure that provider data is accurate and complete.
What You Will Do
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date provider data within the organization data tool as well as 4i and ACO MS systems.
- Collaborate with sales, network, operations, analytics, and finance teams to ensure accurate provider data is available for various reports and analyses.
- Conduct regular audits of provider data to identify discrepancies or errors and take necessary corrective actions.
- Research and resolve data issues related to provider data, including data inconsistencies and missing data elements.
- Work with providers to obtain missing or incomplete data, as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to provider data management.
- Develop and maintain documentation of provider data management processes and procedures.
- Keep up-to-date with changes to ACO requirements, adjusting practices accordingly.
What will make you successful here
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with healthcare provider data.
- Experience with 4i and ACO MS systems a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data records.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements related to provider data management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to provider data management.
- Strong work ethic to exceed expectations and goals
- Coachable and able to take direction and feedback well, yet being forward-thinking to challenge the status quo
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
