VUEPOINT DIAGNOSTICS, LLC is Hiring a Remote Data Quality Analyst

Job Description:

The Data Quality Analyst will provide expertise in the development, review and audit of data quality measures, regulatory reporting (if/where required), report building, and statistical analysis/presentation of information from disparate data sets. Additionally, this individual will audit customer facing interactions and internal documentation and provide recommendations for customer experience improvements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Aggregate data from various sources and perform quality analysis as per business requirements to ensure that the final product satisfies the business need
  • Running data queries to identify coding issues and data exceptions, as well as cleaning data.
  • Audit patient records and client facing interactions for quality exceptions and make recommendations for customer experience improvements
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, to understand the relationship between data analyses, quality, and business processes
  • Gathering data from primary or secondary data sources to identify and interpret trends
  • Develop, perform, and document validation/testing of all products and reports/analyses, and fully address/retest issues identified
  • Reporting data analysis findings to management to inform business decisions and prioritize information system needs
  • Monitor efforts to resolve product and data issues and track progress
  • Communicate analysis, ideas, and findings using data visualization techniques
  • Develop ad-hoc reports when necessary

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or a healthcare-related field
  • Minimum of 2-5 years in healthcare setting as Data Quality Assurance Analyst
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, time management, and planning skills
  • Demonstrated success producing high-quality deliverables on time and within budget
  • Strong Microsoft Office (EXCEL, WORD, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills required
  • Strong data/spreadsheet management experience required
  • Strong knowledge of data mining techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adept at problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
  • Ability to interact comfortably and independently within all areas of the organization
  • High regard for security standards, regulatory standards, and quality control
  • Must be able to type 40 wpm
  • Ability to ensure confidentiality of all patients and other relevant information under HIPAA Guidelines
  • Must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to ensure confidentiality of all patients and other relevant information under HIPAA Guidelines in a remote environment
  • Ability to provide a locked/secure remote workspace for all company equipment, as defined by company policy
  • Ability to provide remote internet/network services with adequate speeds and security, as defined by company policy
  • Ability to provide a child-free remote workspace during scheduled working hours
  • Ability to adhere to attendance and schedule requirements in a remote environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed minimum productivity standards in a remote environment
  • Must be available for remote work in one of the following states: AL, FL, GA, IL, IN, NC, NJ, TN, TX

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Ability to use conventional office equipment (scanner, printer, copier, computer). Advanced knowledge of MS Excel required. Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving software.
