VSSI is Hiring an Onsite Manager (FT) Near Farmers Branch, TX
Onsite Manager (Dallas)
- Shifts: Monday - Friday
- Pay: DOE
- Onsite Supervisor will act as a liaison between the client and our associates.
- They are responsible for meeting the day-to-day client performance and quality objectives, ensuring a smooth working relationship and a performance-driven workforce to meet the program expected results.
- Other responsibilities of the On-Site.
- Meeting daily with customer and management team in order to determine open positions.
- Strategize and develop recruiting plans for client location.
- Interview and hire temporary staff.
- Orientate new employees on company policies and safety.
- Monitor and manage employees.
- Develop and maintain daily/weekly reports for customer(s).
- Review and approve attendance and work schedules based on client needs.
- Recruit for openings, conduct orientations and safety meetings.
- Perform safety walkthroughs.
- Process weekly payroll for employees.
- Able to effectively communicate with internal staff as well as employees.
- Able to multi-task within a high-volume, high-pressure environment.
