We are currently hiring experienced restaurant manager to expand our business.
You should expect to work 5 days, approximate 55 hr, per week. There will be approximate 35 to 40 employees
The concept of our restaurant is very simple, delicious food and great customer service. You are responsible to manager a team of 35 to 40 team members in the entire restaurants. It is important that you need to be able to communicate between the FOH and BOH. You must set yourself as an example for the team member to look up to.
Your day-to-day tasks could be varied depend on the traffic of dining room as well as unexpected situation. Your fundamental goal is to maximize customer satisfaction and encourage all team members to achieve their goal. Therefore, your ability of stress management and organizing is very important.
We do offer monthly bonus incentive program that based on the monthly sales result.
