Responsibilities:We are immediately seeking a Shuttle/Truck Driver to deliver and pick up material and/or equipment as needed for the plants. Additional responsibilities include moving and spotting all drop trailers, including those for other carriers for receiving or shipping. This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.Pick up and deliver material and/or equipment as needed for the plant in a timely manner.Move and spot all drop trailers, including those for other carriers for receiving or shipping.Load and unload trailers when required.Conduct daily inspections and immediately report any and all vehicle faults or unsafe conditions to management.Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.Comply with all company required record keeping and rules.Comply with plant safety standards, GMP’s, current standard practices, and all other plant policies/rules.Perform all duties in a safe manner using proper tools and wearing appropriate protective equipment as required.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDAt least 2 years previous experience.Must have passed test administered by Human Resources.Must have a valid Class (A) Commercial Drivers License.HAZMATMust have good driving record.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Forklift Certification preferred.Must be able to physically endure work schedule.Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.Ability to adjust and move equipment to complete projectsTo Staffing and Recruiting Agencies: Our company does not accept unsolicited CVs or applications from agencies.
