What we are searching for:

We are looking for a self-motivated, full-time team member who is outgoing, enthusiastic, and has a “whatever it takes” attitude. The ideal candidate will be someone who strives on customer service, helping others, and making sure our guests leave with memories from their vacation that last a lifetime. You will be the first point of contact for Voyago Vacation Rentals and responsible for handing all incoming phone calls, text messages, and email inquiries in a friendly and timely manner. You will be responsible for booking new reservations, problem solving and assessing the needs of our guest before, during and after their stay. The ideal candidate must excel at making our guests vacation their number one priority with a personal & professional touch.

What you will be responsible for:

· Answer all incoming phone calls, text messages, and email inquiries in a friendly and timely manner (ability to have your phone with you at all times is a must)

· Provide guests with information about their reservation, policies, local information, and recommendations

· Book and enter reservation information using the Property Management System

· Contact each guest upon arrival and assist will all guest needs during their stay

· Communicate with all departments including management, housekeeping and maintenance to ensure the highest level of guest experience is maintained

· Quick decision making for the best interest of the guest and the company

· Consistently go above and beyond to meet the needs of every guest

· Maintain 5 Star guest satisfaction reviews

· Understand Revenue Management to maximize occupancy per available night

What you will need:

· Extremely strong customer service skills in a hospitality setting

· Desire to provide excellent guest experience with a happy attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our guests and homeowners

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Detail oriented and the ability to make quick decisions

· Personable and able to adapt to a variety of personality types

· Ability to work independently but also on a team

· Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

· Ability to work both remote and in our Carefree, Arizona office

· Positive attitude, high energy, eagerness to work and make an impact

Requirements:

- Customer Service: 5 years (required)

- Guest Service in a hospitality setting: 1 year (preferred)

- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)

- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
