Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential candidates by telephone, email, and in person.
  • Sell candidates on the opportunity to contribute to the healthcare field and the community.
  • Create a strong working relationship with hiring managers, job candidates, and recruitment team members.
  • Serve as a technical resource for the recruitment team by providing updates about new openings.
  • Ensure that all documentation is filled out completely and uploaded to the system on time.
  • Track potential candidates through the candidate tracking system.
  • Be equipped with the latest candidate search technologies.
  • Attend compliance training workshops and stay current on changes in healthcare recruiting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,581.00 - $56,005.00 per year
