JOB DESCRIPTION:
Major responsibilities of the Intake Coordinator include completing daily intake assessments at our Drop In Center for homeless individuals. Other tasks will revolve around data entry and computer skills as the Intake Coordinator will be responsible for using designated computer application(s) and input of services into HMIS system. This position will also require street outreach services on occasion. 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified candidates must have at minimum a high school diploma, though a college degree in social services or related field is preferred. Knowledge of homeless services and at least 6 months experience working with the homeless population and/or individuals with disabilities is also required. Time management skills & ability to manage multiple tasks is a must.
