JOB DUTIES:

• Serves as the HR Liaison for all Baton Rouge programs
• Collects and enters all new hire’s and salary information into payroll
• Serves as backup to Payroll
• Maintains all personnel files for all Baton Rouge programs along with uploading documents into ADP
• Coordinates monthly Motor Vehicle Record checks with divisions
• Coordinates monthly Criminal Background Record checks with divisions
• Administers the ADP onboarding platform to include onboarding of new hires along with all job postings within VOASCLA
• Employment Verifications
• Responsible for monthly anniversary card labels and mailings
• Performs other incidental and related duties as assigned
• Special Projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Associates Degree or Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree
• 1-2 years in Human Resources department, preferred but not required
• Experience working in ADP Workforce Now
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Exemplary attendance is required
