Product Owner

** Prefer Bentonville, AR or St. Louis MO. Will Consider Remote **

The Product Owner provides client relationship management and coordination of a cross-functional support team to ensure a high-quality client experience. Team responsibilities include full post-sale lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing care and support of clients. Responsible for creating stories for the SCRUM team and acting as Product Owner representing our largest customer.

What will you do?

  • Serve as the “Hands-On” point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships and key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
  • Work closely with customers to understand needs and translate those needs into technical requirements for our scrum teams.
  • Manage the backlog and ensure the customer needs can be leveraged into solutions for all our customers.
  • Coordinates cross-functional team (Player & Coach) to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions & services according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Streamline disparate processes and systems into a cohesive workflow.
  • Use creative, technical, and analytical problem-solving skills to deliver complex solutions.
  • Deliver complex data analysis and proposed solutions to senior leadership.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics for the assigned account team.
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to and grow opportunities within the assigned client base.
  • Manage challenging client implementations, requests, or issue escalations as needed.
  • Collaborate with others to resolve client system issues.
  • Document operational activities.
  • Monitor service performance to ensure proper service delivery to clients.
  • Provide recommendations to others about client solutions.
  • Provide technical support for software maintenance or use.
  • Read documents to gather technical information.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned.

What experience should you have?

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Technical Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Implementation Manager, or relevant role.
  • Extremely organized and able to prioritize and focus to ensure output.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-Level.
  • Solid experience with CRM software, MS Office, Office 365 or G-Suite, ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, etc.).
  • Prior programming experience highly desirable.
  • Ability to contribute to a positive team environment and proactively help team members to meet and exceed team SLAs, quality standards, and goals.
  • Review client feedback, investigate possible product issues, and work with different team members to resolve them.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management relationships at a time, lead a matrixed team of cross-functional support and development resources while maintaining sharp attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field a plus.
