Job Description:

This position involves working with all of our company team members to diagnose and solve issues with hardware, software, etc. at all of our locations.

IT Systems Administrator Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier I and II help desk support as directed to all company team members utilizing our IT ticketing system.
• Configure new team members workstations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to the network infrastructure in addition to the devices above.
• Ensure prompt response and escalation for all system outages and issues.
• Acquire technical knowledge dynamically and quickly to work towards problem resolutions.
• Maintain internal application documentation
• Provide mid-level support by debugging issues, answering questions about system functionality, and completing functionality upgrade requests
• Install, update and maintain software and equipment as necessary
• Manage and be the point of contact for IT projects
• Complete other tasks as necessary or directed

Experience and Requirements:

• 2-4 years professional experience
• Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or Technical degree (IT-related) preferred, but demonstrated and verifiable relevant experience may be substituted for education
• CompTIA A , CompTIA Network certifications and Quickbase knowledge are a plus
• Experience with Ubiquiti UniFi, Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 and newer, Active Directory/Group Policy, Google Workspace & Apps, Webroot Antivirus, ConnectWise Control
• General knowledge is beneficial but not required for VoIP devices (Yelink), backup software (Veeam), access control (DMP), firewalls (SonicWALL), switches (Netgear/TP-Link), multi-function copiers, router configuration, network security, CompTIA A , CompTIA network certifications, Quickbase, VLANs and VPNs.
• Ability to configure Windows devices through a variety of different methods
• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Self motivator and problem solver

Compensation Expectations for a Systems Administrator: $52,000 yearly salary plus benefits
