We are looking for a Call Center Representative to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will reach out to previous clients/leads to set up qualified appointments for our Project Consultants. The person in this role must have basic computer knowledge, a great phone presence, and be organized. There is an hourly rate plus bonuses for leads generated.

Job Responsibilities:

• Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
• Meet or exceed appointment setting and quality goals within system guidelines
• Enter data into the system accurately and efficiently
