Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support to patients through hard times by listening and offering advice.
- Determine what the patient would like to eat from the cafeteria.
- Bring food and/or drinks from the cafeteria to patients.
- Answer questions about patients' medical histories and insurance coverage.
- Provide direct care to patients in a person-centered way by assisting with personal hygiene, transferring, range of motion exercises, etc.
- Record observations in patient's chart.
- Assist with the development of treatment plans.
