Vogel Law is Hiring a Human Resource Director Near Fargo, ND

Vogel Law Firm seeks a Human Resource Director to join our team. Vogel is a full-service law firm with nearly 50 attorneys in Bismarck, Fargo, Grand Forks, Moorhead, and Minneapolis offices. We serve clients in North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Minnesota, and beyond. This is a full-time position based in Fargo, North Dakota, reporting directly to the COO/Firm President. The HR Director will support and partner with operational leadership in a range of activities including development and day-to-day execution of the Human Resource function. The HR Director will serve as a main resource for the firm’s talent acquisition and on-boarding, performance evaluation, employee relations, employee recognition, benefits administration, compensation, and compliance functions.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience in a Human Resource Director role with prior supervisory responsibilities preferred. Applicants will have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to thrive and work well under pressure. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is highly desirable.
