Hourly compensation: $16.90
Who We Are:
We are a Community Based Adult Service (CBAS) program licensed by the State Department of Health and Aging that offers medical and social services supports to a diverse range of clients. Since 1998, we take great pride in providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities to restore and maintain their optimal capacity for self-care, independence, and self-advocacy to prevent unnecessary hospitalization.
We are looking for motivated candidates to assist in transporting program participants to and from our center (driving radius 20 miles).
Benefits:
- Work Hours, from 7:30am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
- Hourly compensation $16.90
- 7 vacation days, 3 sick days and 8 paid holidays per year.

Qualifications:
- Must have a Valid California Drivers license and pass a DMV check.
- Candidate shall show evidence capacity for learning, the ability to comprehend the use of written and spoken English and shall have personal qualities conductive to good interpersonal relationships with demonstrated competence in helping others.
- Must be able to pass a health screen and background check.
Duties:
- Transport clients in Company van to and from program
- Maintain transportation logs
- Conduct daily van inspections
- Assist clients in and out of company vans
- Maintain Company van in clean and orderly fashion
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues
- Provide client supervision during downtime (not driving)
