Responsible for controlling and distributing documents of all types on engineering and construction projects. Documents are generated by Consulting Engineers, Construction Managers, Contractors, Vendors, Clients, Public Agencies and others. Drawings and data need to be organized and stored in a manner that is easily retrievable. Assists with the archiving of all documents at the project close-out. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
High school diploma or G.E.D and three years or more previous experience in comparable documentation storage and coordination role.
