Job Summary: 

The Systems Administrator will manage the full lifecycle and all technical aspects of a hybrid on-site and cloud infrastructure while ensuring compliance and quality in accordance with regulatory requirements. In this position, you will collaborate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.

Note: This is an onsite position and will require physical presence in the office during normal working business hours.

Essential Duties and responsibilities:

• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Intune, and other business systems and applications, and lead relationship with application vendors.
• Advanced experience with administration of cloud services including AWS, Azure, Google, and other emerging technologies.
• Coordinates software and potential hardware modifications to the system(s) using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices in conjunction with established Change Control policies.
• Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement fixes
• Interact with the service desk to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
• Ability to design and create solutions, strong documentation (architectural and operational), and compliance
• Manage File and Print servers
• Provide ad hoc reports to business application owners regarding usage, licensing, and status. 

Education and Experience requirements:

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent discipline.
• 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Expertise in Office 365/SharePoint Online Maintenance troubleshooting
• Experience using and configuring cloud-based computing environments (e.g., AWS/Azure)
• Solid scripting skills (PowerShell)
• Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP, Cisco Routers, Switches)

Pay & Benefits: 

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 depending on relevant skills, experience, and education. In addition, this position is eligible for target bonus, long-term-incentives, 401k retirement savings plan with company match, and a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
