Position Overview 

A Technology Support representative is responsible for providing support to customers and internal users in Vitu’s Pennsylvania region, tracking service requests through a ticketing system, maintaining and monitoring servers, networks, databases, and backup tasks. Occasional travel to customer sites and other Vitu offices will be required. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong problem solving abilities, and be able to work with team members to achieve common goals. This position is subject to a criminal background check. 

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, vendors, and partners via phone and email, and occasionally on site at the customers location 
• Assist customers with technical tasks
• Support proprietary and 3rd-party software application 
• Complete daily backup and monitoring tasks
• Maintain servers and network equipment 
• Document systems, problems, and interactions in a ticketing system 

Requirements 

• A clean criminal history 
• Good organizational skills 
• Experience in supporting complex network environments 
• Strong troubleshooting abilities 
• Experience with Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Cisco devices preferred
• Experience with Windows desktop and server operating systems preferred
