Job Title: Desktop Support
Location: PLATTEVILLE, CO – 80651
Duration: Contract (Onsite)
Job Description:
- Personal Computers – Desktops, Laptops, Tablets
- Peripherals (hard-wired, wireless, and network attached) – Printers, Scanners, Docking Stations, Monitors, Keyboards, Mice, USB Attached Hard Drives, Video Cameras, Speakers
- Phones – Desktop Phones, Conference Room Phones, Cell Phones, Conference Room Equipment: Room Schedulers, Projectors, TVs, Speakers, Video Endpoints, Video Cable Extenders.
Responsibilities Summary:
- Serve as an escalation resource for help desk ServiceNow tickets
- Install and configure End-User Computer & peripheral devices (SCCM, AD, GPO, Windows 10, Office 365)
- Restore End User Data
- Perform imaging of devices using the latest Image version
- Relocate Devices from one WES Service Location to another following an Approved Service Request
- Device inventory in the End User support depot at HUB/Hackett location
- Dispatch support technician to project sites to handle issues related to IT equipment in Trailer offices
- Maintain & validation of End User Device Configuration. Notify WES of any systemic compliance failures
- Coordination with Third Party Vendors on Warranty / Recall Services
- Quarterly rollup of all updates, apps, and patches into new golden image
- Configure and Support Electronic Software Distribution
- Configure and Support Mobile Device Management Tool
- Configure, validate, Support, and Maintain a Tool or suite of Tools to be used by remote support teams to engineer, package, test, and house images and/or image profiles
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cohesively with users and team
- Strong documentation skills and attention to detail, with the ability to create, edit, and refine complex technical documents
- Ability to work collaboratively with employees within department and across functions
Job Type: Contract
Salary: Up to $26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Platteville, CO 80651: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)
- iOS: 1 year (Preferred)
- Windows: 1 year (Preferred)
