WE ARE SEEKING AN FULL TIME FLOOR TECHNICIAN
Luther Woods Nursing and Rehab Center is looking for a Full Time Floor Technician to provide routine support in the environmental service of residents, to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care is maintained at all times.
Qualifications of Floor Tech:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience is preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be available to work nights/weekends
Responsibilities of Floor Tech:
- Perform floor care services as required
- Prepare all floors by sweeping and mopping
- Uses chemical stripper to remove old wax and all unwanted substances covering the floor surface
- Uses a high speed buffer to wax and buff all applicable hard floor surfaces
- May shampoo the carpet or assist contracted personnel in the perparation process
- May be assisgned to other housekeeping duties as required.
