Job Description

Job Profile

VistaJet’s Client Success team takes a holistic, end-to-end view of the client journey, leading and executing all initiatives that improve the way we work and interact with our clients.

 

This team's fundamental goal is the success of client-facing teams and making sure they have the best possible tools for the job - 'tools' referring to CRM solutions, processes, knowledge, training, and data reliability.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that our CRM system continues to support our business units and helps bring value to the decision-making processes thereof.
  • Providing recommendations on CRM environment enhancements in terms of business processes and data collection.
  • On an ongoing basis, measure the business performance of the CRM environment, to include the efficiency of the architecture and CRM systems overall (end-to-end); make recommendations to improve performance.
  • Acting as one of the CRM points of contact for the sales, marketing and client services teams, to assist them in improving their respective CRM business processes and/or usage of the systems.
  • Carrying out administrative work including supporting users in day-to-day salesforce and GlobalView tasks and managing end-user tickets.
  • Assisting in the coordination and administration of the integrated sales tools.
  • As part of the Client Success team, deliver both short- and long-term projects as they arise.
  • Assist in the analysis of business processes to provide insight and ideas to develop our business systems.
  • Assist in creating content for user guides, in-app learning tools, or training presentations. 

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Experience using and/or administering salesforce.com. Salesforce Admin certificate is not required but will be beneficial. 
  • Business Information Systems related degree or similar. 
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools, and business processes. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills. The ability to work within a cohesive team environment.
  • An inquisitive mindset and problem solver. 
  • High attention to detail.

This role requires being authorized to work in the United States.
