Logistics Analyst
VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Logistics Analyst to work in Kittery, MA. The successful candidate will be part of a highly professional, results-oriented company and will provide logistics support to our customers.
Position Responsibilities

• Maintain printer/copier equipment spreadsheet.
• Document and label equipment as required
• Palletize equipment and coordinate/schedule shipments of equipment.
• As required, dispose of the property in accordance with policy.
• Remove, deliver and install equipment as required throughout the customer location.
• Fix hardware issues with printers/copiers/scanners such as paper jams and replacement of consumable parts such as toner and ink.
• Assist with inventory tracking by periodically counting equipment in various locations.

Position Qualifications

• Work independently
• Possess experience with warehouse operations or inventory management and connecting printers and peripheral equipment to computers
• Possess the ability to troubleshoot hardware issues with printers/copiers/scanners such as paper jams and replacement of consumable parts such as toner and ink
• Possess the ability to walk, climb up and down stairways, bend, stoop, and lift and carry equipment weighing 50 pounds or less
• Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
