Vista Equity Partners Management is Hiring a Recruiting Coordinator Near Austin, TX

Position Summary

Vista Equity Partners is seeking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator to support the team with a variety of talent acquisition functions including scheduling and managing the interview process, tracking candidate information, ensuring a positive candidate experience, onboarding new hires, and facilitating a smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to learn about a career path in recruiting and add immediate value to a growing and dynamic company.

This role is based in Austin, Tx and is for an immediate start.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all recruiting logistics for lateral hires across the firm
  • Manage candidate travel, recruiting expense reimbursement, interview scheduling and offer letter creation
  • Work in Applicant Tracking System to source, track and manage candidate flow
  • Work with business units across the firm to communicate new hire information
  • Act as point of contact for all candidates for logistics as they move through recruiting process
  • Plan and participate in recruiting events, virtual and in-person, and help deliver the Vista value proposition to candidates of levels

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 1 years’ proven professional experience, preferably in recruiting or human resources
  • Ability to show discretion and poise in all situations
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-up and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to treat sensitive/confidential information appropriately
  • Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
  • The ability to function professionally under pressure, while managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
  • Must possess personal tact, discretion and good judgment. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Occasional afterhours work and some travel are necessary
  • As a condition of employment, we require all employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work. For purposes of this policy, “fully vaccinated” means two weeks after either (a) the single dose of a one-dose vaccine regimen, or (b) the second dose of a two-dose vaccine regimen. We will require that you provide proof of full vaccination prior to beginning your employment.
