Who We Are:
The VNA PERSONAL SERVICES team provides personal care services in the client's home, which are designed to meet the individual's needs. Goals are centered around providing individualized supportive care to allow the client to remain safe and comfortable at home. Services provided are those not usually covered by insurance, and most are in "block-time", meaning care is provided for several hours per day as requested by the client.
About the Job:
Delivers care to patients and families with needs ranging from basic to complex utilizing the nursing process. Performs nursing assessments to establish personal care services care plans and provides supervision of LNAs as required. Creates a therapeutic and caring environment for patient and families.

Who You Are:
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Licensure: New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse License.
Technical Certification: Ability to obtain BLS qualification during orientation period and maintain during employment.
Professional Certification: Nurses are expected to pursue professional certification upon eligibility or within three years of entering the specialty practice.
Other: Valid Driver's License required to travel throughout southern New Hampshire to provide home health care service and other job-related activities. Proof of automobile insurance required. Motor vehicle background report will be conducted.
