Visiting Docs is a growing healthcare company currently providing primary care services in our oupatient clinic in Spring Valley, NY as well as numerous Assisted Living Facilities throughout the state. We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to join our growning team. The RCM will be responsible for reviewing and auditing medical records and claims data to ensure proper billing and coding for both compliance and revenue optimization purposes. Additionally, the manager will monitor and oversee policies and performance of the organization's third party billing company. 

Duites and Responsibilities: 

• Create and/or update policies and procedures related to the finance department
• Serve as a liasion between the Finance and Clinical departments on billing, coding, and revenue cycle matters
• Manage relationships with payers and providers to generate high reimbursement and minimize denials
• Perform chart and claims audits.
• Train providers in billing and coding 
• Create, prepare and analyze reports on billing and collection activities

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of revenue cycle experience including billing, coding and auditing
• Knowledge of and experience with APG (ambulatory patient groups) billing and reimbursement REQUIRED
• Knowledge of current CPT and ICD10 coding 
• Strong knowledge of Artlce 28, Medicare, and Medicaid billing and reimbursement guidelines
• Previous exprience with an EMR required; experience with eClinicalworks preferred
