Visiting Angels Garden Grove is seeking an energetic and self-motivated person to assist with the Coordination of Client Care and office support functions within a fast paced environment. The Care Manager has excellent customer service skills and creates and maintains great relationships with our clients and caregivers. The ideal candidate will have a large understanding of customer service. If you have a background in home care, hospitality, fast food or retail you may be an ideal candidate for this position. 

Job Responsibilities:

Care Coordinator Admin:

• Caregiver and Client Visits; report any findings to the Director to ensure that all clients are getting the proper care for their needs
• Communicates with office staff any scheduling conflicts/issues; works to handle them independently
• Hands on Training for our Caregiver Team in the field or in office as needed
• Assessments of New Client's 
• Orientation's for new employee hires
• Hiring for support/ caregiving staff 

Office Admin:

• Keeps files up to date to meet HCA and HCO requirements
• Performs paid On-Call duties on rotation 2 weekends per month -

Pay: $20-23 per hour

Schedule:

• 8:30A-5:30P Monday through Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay 

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Being an Expert in Customer Service is Required
• Managerial/ Supervisory Experience Preferred

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
