Visionist is looking for a Fall 2023 or Spring 2024 college graduate Systems Engineer to support the development of complex software analytics tools and cross platform applications.  In this role youwill analyze user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze system requirements in support of design and development activities.
• Guide users in formulating requirements and conduct feasibility studies.
• Provide technical direction for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develop system architecture and system design documentation.

Requirements:

• Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to apply critical thinking toward problem solving in time-critical situations.
• Must work effectively in a team environment.
• Experience defining system architecture and creating documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline.
