Responsibilities

- Review pipeline to determine and coordinate date for installation with customer andinstallation teams.- Scheduling installations and confirming with customer and installation teams.- Provide professional and courteous communication to homeowners regarding installationprocess and timelines.- Date entry; update accurate date fields and project information relating to installations inSalesForce.- Work with Planning department on GM and subcontractor needs- Updating the scheduling system to reflect scheduled jobs, and provide project details forinstallation teams on calendar.- Follow the project to ensure completion and provide accurate dispositioning for eachproject.- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in atimely manner.- Strive to meet monthly installation goals.

Qualifications

- Organization and time management skills- Strong attention to detail and problem solving- Confident and comfortable with heavy phone interaction with customers- Flexible schedule that allows for some evenings and weekend availability- Ability to relate to people from a variety of backgrounds.
