Continued growth at Visante has created an opportunity for this role. We are currently looking for a Project Manager who will report to a Visante Senior Vice President and be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing operations on Visante projects with the goal of improving client outcomes and Visante success. This will include:

• Assisting in project timeline development, ensuring project is on schedule
• Providing project supervision from start to finish, keeping team members on task, streamlining processes, and offering guidance to improve progress.
• Delivering assigned work on time and at a high quality level
• Communicating clearly and concisely, maintaining a professional presence with clients
• Showing intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness in approach to problem solving and demonstrating an understanding of client issues

Principal Duties will include:

• Managing the relationship with Visante clients and all stakeholders to ensure trust and accountability
• Developing detailed project plans to meet Statements of Work (SOWs) that include timeliness and milestones for all client engagements and monitoring and tracking progress for each project plan
• Initiative oversight, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Measuring, recording, and disseminating project performance consistently
• Ensuring project standardization/organization
• Resource management

Education and Experience include:

The following relevant education is required: 

• Bachelor degree 
• At least 1-3 years in relevant discipline with practical project management

background or relevant experience 

The following is preferred: 

• Advanced degree 
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification 

• NOTE:  This position may require additional certifications at a future time. These will be discussed under a separate agreement if and/or when it is required for Visante professional practice or client project commitments.

• Proven working experience in project management 
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Excellent knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) and working knowledge of Monday.com
