The Role
*This is a 100% remote position anywhere within the U.S.*
Responsibilities
- Manage the execution of multiple marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, landing page creation, PPC, SEO, and experimental initiatives
- Oversee day-to-day project coordination for the marketing team
- Manage digital marketing operations to ensure that inbound traffic driven by demand gen tactics effectively converts through our web experience
- Oversee our marketing automation platform (Infusionsoft) and email marketing calendar
- Conduct updates and audit website content to ensure accuracy and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the impact of demand gen activities on a weekly cadence; provide optimization actions based on what’s working well and opportunities for improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Strong alignment with Virtuance’s company values
- 1-2 years of experience managing at least one performance marketing channel (e.g., SEM, SEO, paid social, etc.), preferably at a B2B, Tech, or Real Estate company
- 1 years of experience using Google Analytics
- Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate in a remote work environment
- The desire to learn about new marketing initiatives and improve existing ones through rapid experimentation
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A data-driven mindset; comfortable with developing KPIs, optimizing for them, and reporting against them to leadership
- Ability to quickly learn and become fluent in new technologies
- A great teammate – comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key partners
- Must be available for team collaboration between 11am-4pm MST.
