Virginia Healthcare Services of the Valley, a skilled home health agency, is seeking PRN Registered Nurses to provide visits to patients in their homes in the Nokesville, Virginia area on a per visit basis. Examples of services to be provided include wound care, lab draws, care of central lines, administration of IV medications, patient/caregiver education related to chronic disease processes, assessment, care plan management, urinary catheter changes, etc. Compensation of $125 for OASIS Start of Care visit and $90 per visit for all other visit types. Plus mileage stipend of 58 cents per mile from one patient's home to another. Must have active RN license. Prior home health and acute care experience required. Prior experience with Kinnser/Wellsky EMR software a plus. Must be able to pass criminal background check through the Virginia State Police Registry. Qualified candidates only please submit resume
