It is the responsibility of In Room Dining Manager to provide the leadership, management, and direction of the In Room Dining department for the F&B Division for the Company and integrate its functions into the property experience. This position reports to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.
Our Food and Beverage areas are sure to impress! This won’t just be a typical in room dining hotel operation. Open for all meal periods and late night snacks. Our goal is to create an ambiance where locals and visitors feel at home and we always have something up our sleeve to impress. This is achieved with a solid grounded team lead by a seasoned hospitality professional.
This position is made for someone who is a hard worker and is driven by learning and excitement to create memorable experiences for our guests each-and-every day. This person is highly collaborative and their work directly impacts every area / department of the hotel.

Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Comply with all safety and health department procedures. The kitchens and your spaces need to be clean, organized and sanitary.

Minimum of seven (3) years of experience in management
Minimum of five (3) years of experience as an In Room Dining Manager or similar level position in a Four- or Five- Diamond property that includes both quantitative & fine dining venues or multiple bars and lounges
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
Effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms
Organizational skills to function effectively with attention to detail while meeting established deadlines
Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel required.
Working knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and agents; knowledge of MSDS sheets and procedures
Ability to establish guidelines for proper staffing to maximize efficiency and minimize labor costs.
The ability to handle all situations professionally and excellent interpersonal skills to deal effectively with guests, management and employees
Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment; maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude and ability to deal effectively with guests, management, employees and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms
