Though we service different divisions of the Better Health Group, we are a unified team! 

Responsibilities & Experience

The Team Resources Coordinator will directly support the Operations team. They will perform administrative and operational tasks, as well as supplement other full life cycle activities that aid and leverage our Team function. Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Provide Tier 1 level support to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
  • Assist with Leave related requests ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Work directly with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new hires.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
  • Upload new hires in Payroll system
  • Ensure all new hire documents are completed in compliance with local and federal regulations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our HRIS. On a regular basis, run reports and assist the team with special data requests
  • Assists with the preparation of the performance review process
  • Assist with the management of compliance training course completion
  • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested 
  • On occasion/when available, you may provide on-site support at our central Tampa office
  • Assisting in the coordination of other operations activities and events as needed

Additional EDUCATION & SKILLS Preferred:

  • Associate degree or higher in a Human Resources or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in Human Resources preferred
  • Proven ability to work with Google Suite software or equivalent (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
  • Prior experience with UKG a plus
  • Ability to work with various departments and value teamwork
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and results-oriented capabilities
  • Ability to work in a shifting and fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work professionally with confidential information
  • Must possess good telephone etiquette.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • Ability to shift focus, multi-task, and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment.
  • STRONG reasoning and critical thinking required.
  • MUST be results oriented with a focus on execution and delivery.
