The Daylife & Nightlife VIP Coordinator must strive to provide an unparalleled, personalized experience - remembering and using a guests name, asking questions about their preferences, paying attention to what is happening at all tables, bars & surrounding areas ensures that every guest leaves feeling special and taken care of. About you...

• Always looks on-brand as he/she is constantly representing 1 Hotel West Hollywood.
• Has a level of professionalism which is to the highest standards as he/she handle the guests with highest expectations.
• Is always accessible, accountable and takes ownership of the venues and the Hotel on an operational level, including floor supervision and directing workforce as needed.
• Is responsible for the accuracy and organization of our guests profile via SevenRooms and curates it as a Rolodex to ensure we know who is in our venues at all time.
• Ensures all venues Emails inbox and Voicemails are cleared before service starts.
• Attends 5pm Hive Rally to communicate VIPs of the evening.
• Greets and guides every guest in a positive, welcoming, and professional manner.
• Greets all VIP upon arrival, ensures their table is ready and to the highest standard and take their first drink order and serve them if needed.
• Ensures all VIP reservations are executed seamlessly, and all guest needs are met through preemptive planning and constant monitoring during their visit.
• Actively engage with every single reservation during the shift with a focus on engaging all VIPs first.
• Maintains a proactive approach to solving any guests questions or problems.
• Manages VIP outreach database through mobile House phone, and updates reservations in real time.
• Continuously works on F&B upsell opportunities with new and existing Clients/Guests
• Assists F&B Leadership Department and Marketing/PR Team in developing Juniper Social Media platforms by gathering content and making updates as needed.
• Proactively grows our Juniper Loyalty Program by bringing in new VIP Clients
• Assists F&B Leadership Team by being the point of contact for weekly and monthly activations and assists our Partners as needed.
• The volume of shifts are based on business needs.
• Responsible for proactively finding, inviting, developing, entertaining, and following up with all new VIP members as well as hitting weekly deliverables on new member roster.
• Is knowledgeable about all products and services we offer in both venues.
• Establish and maintain a relationship with luxury hotels and their concierges as it is the very essence of customer development.
