We're hiring both part-time and full-time for the following shifts:

3:45am-Noon

6:00am-2:30pm

2:00pm-10:00pm(or later depending on operational end)

Those in this role will be involved in team briefings, meet and communicate with contract stakeholders, review day to day and week to week scheduling, confirm daily timesheets, and report out at the end of the shift. Our supervisors are expected to prioritize quality control of service provided at all times and frontline assistance. These are working leadership positions with a focus on on-sight supervision and active engagement in the work area.

Currently, we are hiring for the following areas of supervision:

Baggage Handling (Starting at $20/Hour, DOE): leading baggage handling team in the movement of international inbound passengers and their baggage in the international arrivals facility at oversized pickup and recheck drop points. You would lead a small team of approximately 4 team members and coordinate with related contractor supervisors for other duties.

Customer Service (Starting at $20/Hour, DOE): coordinating lines and Spot Saver entry points and reporting data on checkpoint usage (wait times, etc.) You might lead or co-lead a team varying in size from 4 agents to up to 10 and coordinate with related contractor supervisors for other duties.

Access Control Security (Starting at $21/Hour, DOE): managing access for those leaving the secured side of the airport. You would lead a small team of 2 but coordinate with related contractor supervisors for other needs.
