Vineyards Management Group is Hiring a Property Manager Near Danville, GA

Vineyards Management Group is a growing property management company that operates manufactured housing communities throughout the US. We are currently seeking a full-time community manager to run the day-to-day operations of a manufactured home community in an efficient and professional manner in order to achieve goals in customer satisfaction, occupancy, delinquency, community appearance, sales, revenue generation and cost control.

The Community Manager position is responsible for:

  • Growing/maintaining community occupancy
  • Managing all required tenant documentation
  • Collecting monthly rent/fees
  • Conducting daily physical inspections of homes/homesites
  • Enforcing community rules
  • Ensuring the appearance of the property is safe, neat, and welcoming.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

This candidate must:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in property management or higher-level management
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Be proficient in basic Microsoft applications
  • Be detail-oriented and provide excellent customer service to tenants
  • Able to handle conflict resolution and on-site incidents
  • Experience using the Manage America Property Management Software is a plus

This position has a competitive monthly bonus structure on top of a negotiated starting hourly pay. Bonuses can be earned based on meeting specific budget requirements.
