Vineyards Management Group is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Mulkeytown, IL

Vineyards Managment Group is a growing property management company that operates manufactured housing communities throughout the US. We are currently seeking a full-time employee to run the overall maintenance of a mobile home community.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Handy man tasks (light electrical repairs, plumbing, painting, and interior and exterior upkeep)
  • Maintaining cleanliness of property by doing custodial work
  • Completion, inspection, and approval of all make readies and move-ins /move-outs (if applicable)
  • Daily and weekly inspection and maintenance of all common areas
  • Supervise maintenance work done on community by outside vendors/contractors brought in as deemed necessary
  • Complete resident requested service orders provided by management on a timely basis in accordance with company issued standards
  • Manage on-site tool inventory system and maintain tools in proper working condition.
  • Perform landscaping cleanup, watering, weeding, mowing, trimming, and fertilizing
  • Shovel snow and operate snowplow in common areas as needed (if applicable)
  • Pool maintenance / cleaning (if applicable)
  • Follow company safety standards.
  • Other tasks as needed or assigned by management

Expectations:

  • Ability to move around the property in all types of weather conditions.
  • A significant amount of physical activity (walking, climbing stairs or ladders, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, crawling, reaching above shoulder height, grasping, gripping, turning, or lifting) is required daily.
  • Able to lift to 80 pounds frequently.
