Direct Counsel is working with a leading global law firm who is currently seeking experienced attorneys with 4-6 years of expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to join their dynamic team. This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates with strong M&A skills and a track record of success in managing complex M&A transactions.

- Drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents for M&A transactions
- Managing the deal process and client relationships
- Supervising junior associates in M&A matters
- Handling day-to-day demands and workflow requirements on a variety of M&A-related matters for clients with sophisticated needs
- 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions
- Strong M&A skills with a proven track record of success
- Ability to manage deal processes and client relationships
- Experience supervising junior associates
- High level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school
