An establish entertainment Venue with a Bar and Restaurant showcasing weekly live musical talent and DJ party atmosphere is looking for a management trainee.

Job Descriptions:

The Bartender responsibilities include completing all assigned tasks, performing duties and learning how to handle disputes, follow company policies, customer relations, quality control and team-building.

Requirement:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Beverage (F&B) knowledge
• Proficiency with restaurant POS systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and G Suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Positive and professional attitude
• Strong decision making skills
• Have a valid driver's license and own a reliable car
• Monitor health department regulations, cleanliness, and sanitation of the restaurant
• Inventory check, organize and manage restaurant supplies
• Participate and engage in the growth of the business on a daily basis

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Organizational planning
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
