*Contract: 3 months with potential to extend

We are looking for an independent contractor to provide assistance during our busy Q4 period. In this contract role, you will help manage the Intelligent Creative production process across a range of businesses, and ensure clients are consistently receiving high quality creative from VidMob. 

Responsibilities:

• Project manage Creators from VidMob’s Creator Network, including the creation, organization and delivery of client creative work, ultimately executing on our client’s creative vision
• Assist in developing creative strategy for client accounts and scoping creative deliverables
• Create and manage project timelines, communicating regularly with relevant stakeholders through the creative production process
• Act as the main point of contact for creative projects at any given time
• Ensure creative work is optimized by leveraging relevant client specific insights and Platform best practices
• Ensure scoped deliverables are priced appropriately using relevant rate card service
• Comprehension and application of the VidMob platform production tools and processes
• Clear communication with clients and ability to manage timelines and effectively implement feedback
• Management of third party UGC creators and implementation of content into production

Qualifications:

• 2 - 4 years of project management experience at a creative agency, production company or similar
• Fluency in social/digital ad creation across all social platforms with a keen understanding of creative quality standards
• Experienced in leveraging creative principles, social analytics and content performance metrics to influence the creative production process
• Knowledge of the digital advertising and digital marketing landscape
• Basic understanding of up-selling with flexible scopes of work and familiarity with negotiating within a set scope of work
• Strong time-management, communication, and organizational skills, a must
