WITHIN YOUR TEAM: The North American Supplies and Parts team sells or renews the company’s products, systems and/or services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry or accounts. THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO: Build account management skills, while still having the opportunity to practice and refine your selling acumen within the role. The teams position within the overall business provides unprecedented access to sales, service, and customer experience teams while still positioning success for the entire North American commercial organization and our customers. This is a HYBRID opportunity. You'll work 1-2 days per week onsite at our Wood Dale, IL office. WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL: Strengthen incremental sales revenue growth with new and existing customers through phone-based nurturing of long lead time projects, no cold calling Drive incremental revenue by developing a sales funnel of prospective opportunities via interaction with an existing customer base Improve customer retention in targeted segments of customer base by managing customer pricing & provide supplemental information to grow existing accounts Support effective lead nurturing follow up activity with relevance and a straightforward approach that invites ongoing collaboration (Marketing, Sales, Tech Support, Product Managers.) Ability to overcome objections and convert interest and perceived risk into growth opportunities.
