YOUR FOCUS (JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):

Are you a graphics design guru who wants to expand your marketing experience beyond graphics design? Victra is Verizon's trusted business partner and largest premium retailer in the United States. As the Graphic Designer, you will work with internal clients to create visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media, including infographics. You will also have the opportunity to co-manage video shoots and video functionalities for the company, including, but not limited to training, educational and promotional videos. Along with consulting with clients' marketing, copywriting, and sales teams to create cohesive designs that reflect our clients' corporate culture and goals, you will also:

  • Join disparate elements of a design, such as icons, photographs and other components created by another professional to create a final website design
  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Schedule projects and define budget constraints
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements, prepare rough drafts, and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software, or by hand, while using the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Monitor and respond to various online comments and message through social channels, organically or user-generated. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with customer issues and resolutions
  • Creatively develop calendar themes and content for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, FB Tabs, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, etc. Share resources while staying ahead of new technology and apps that will generate interest in the brand
  • Research competitors' marketing strategies while differentiating the Victra brand in the marketplace. Update social media calendar while monitoring social performance, report performance metrics, and strategize on company standard for increasing online footprint and digital presence

YOUR BACKGROUND (REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS):

As the Graphic Designer, you will have excellent planning and organization skills with the highest level of attention and accuracy. We are looking for the Graphics Designer to also bring the following:

  • 3-5 years of graphic design experienceExceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with high level of customer service
  • Demonstrated experience working on 5 projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time

(unless accommodations are required/requested for an employee under the ADA)

Salary range: $39,933 - $64,821
