Job Summary

As a Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant in our Atlanta division, you will partner with a Mortgage Loan Officer Elite Coach to experience and participate in world class training to become a Mortgage Loan Officer. In this role, you will receive a combination of on-the-job training and mortgage courses to learn prospecting, building relationships, and the loan process. 

You will thrive in this role if you:

• Enjoy prospecting, presenting to, listening to, and closing our customers.
• Posses a persuasive communication style to obtain buy-in from customers.
• Navigate a great deal of change, pressure, and shifting priorities to accomplish your goals.
• Desire to connect and build valuable relationships with new individuals frequently.

These skills will be used to:

• Successfully follow and complete the loan closing process for all transactions.
• Participate in the training conducted by the Mortgage Loan Officers in order to understand the loan process and the become a Mortgage Loan Officer for Victory Mortgage.
• Assist the Mortgage Loan Officers with new and updated file, which includes gathering borrower documents and updating closing dates.
• Understand and comply with mortgage industry regulations.
• Successfully prepare and obtain your NMLS license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Mus be a self-starter.
• Highly motivated individual.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Mortgage experience or internship is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related fields is preferred.
