This position is primarily responsible for serving as the main point of contact for Master ISO's to recruit, train and motivate them to increase sales by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Recruits, hires, trains and motivates independent sales operators (ISOs).
• Specific duties involve:
  • Placement of recruitment ads
  • Negotiation of agent commission structure
  • Orientation of new ISOs in all facets of the organization
  • Identification of ISO contracts who possess growth potential
  • Separation of ISO contracts which are not producing at a minimal level.
• Creates and manages monthly sales goals by group; communicates sales targets to Director of Inventory to ensure availability of inventory.
• Ensures that agents are in compliance with inventory processes and procedures.
• Builds rapport and maintains contact with ISOs to ensure communication lines remain open.
• Communicates vital information, via email, to the ISO's including, but not limited to: company hours and holiday hours, system issues, device issues, changes in procedures or processes, and current promotions.
• Assists with inventory forecasts.
• Serves as first tier agent support for all questions, problems, needs, etc.
• Collaborates with administrative staff on all paperwork, processes, and reporting for ISO's.
• Reviews and approves agent commission detail reports.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• One year certificate from college or technical school.
• Or one to two years related experience and/or training.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
