Job Overview
Vexus Fiber is currently looking for a qualified Residential Sales Manager to join our team. As a sales manager you will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to upper management.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide effective sales leadership through recruiting, training and management of competent sales and support staff as needed
- Assist in the development of the Division’s sales goals and execute on those goals, tactics and strategies to effectively meet company goals
- Positively motivate, supervise and evaluate sales and support personnel
- Responsible for managing the sales team’s performance in accordance with all company policies and procedures
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Equipment and Uniforms
Qualifications
- BS degree in Business, Marketing, Tele-communications or related field (preferred but not required)
- 5 years work experience (in lieu of a degree) in a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Management and leadership skills
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Must possess a high degree of integrity and accountability
