Job Description:

• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure collection of receivables
• Effectively navigate practice management software to invoice clients and monitor credit status
• Reconcile daily income with ezyVet reports
• Interface with other departments on issues relating to customer billing and payments
• Allocate insurance payments to employee accounts and coordinate payment for final adjusted balances
• Liaise with the collection agency in an effort to collect delinquent balances

Salary:

Starting at $20/hr, but may be higher based on experience
