Compensation in the $45,000 to $60,000 range or more depending on experience. These are full time positions and include a full benefits package.
We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our team at a key customer on-site in the San Jose, CA area. Military experience desired.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Respond to customers orders and questions
* Coordinate asset and tool maintenance schedule and field issue
* Maintain inventories and records
* Prepare purchase orders, customer quotes, invoices and estimates
* Use database and spreadsheet software
*Maintain customer database
QUALIFICATIONS:
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Excellent customer service skills
*Strong organizational skills
*Strong with Microsoft Office tools - to include Excel, Outlook, and Word
ALTHOUGH NOT REQUIRED, OUR TARGET CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
*Military experience
*Prior training and experience working in a technical customer service role
