VetCor is Hiring a Veterinarian Near Solomons, MD

Solomons Veterinary Medical Center is seeking a Veterinarian to join our tight-knit family. We are a busy, multi-doctor, full-service hospital that provides quality veterinary care for dogs, cats, and pocket pets. Open seven days a week with a high caseload, our doctors get the opportunity to work up a variety of interesting cases. Our facility is equipped with modern diagnostic equipment which includes endoscopy, ultrasound, and surgical/therapeutic laser.
All after-hours emergencies are referred allowing our doctors a healthy work-life balance. This includes working 1-2 weekends a month and would have the following Monday/Tuesday off. Our doctors will never work more than 4-5 days a week. The caring support staff is dedicated to our patients, clients, and community while enjoying a fun-filled, creative environment.
Our reputation for excellent client service/compassionate patient care is important to us so we are looking for an individual who will help us maintain and grow this legacy. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
We are located on Solomon's Island on the Chesapeake Bay with easy access to boating, kayaking, and other outdoor activities. There is an active local arts community, as well as a small natural sciences museum that hosts summertime open-air concerts and other events. It is a family-friendly area with good local schools and is close to Annapolis, Baltimore, and DC which provide lots of opportunities for shopping, music, theater, and other cultural events. There are also a couple of local wineries and some of the best seafood restaurants in the area. We are less than a 15-minute drive from Naval Air Station Pax River.
