Position Title: People Operations Specialist
Reports to: Human Resource Director
Location: Milton, VT
Role Summary
Under the direction of the Human Resource Director, the People Operations Partner will support the day to day people operations. This includes talent acquisition, coordinating and processing: new hire documents, payroll, benefits, leaves of absence, records retention, and enforcing company policies and practices through their collaboration with department leaders throughout the organization.
